Playing at the beach. I dont' think she is/was troubled- out on a lark at this point.
Male voice-loud but more instructive, directive - Say shell
A sun baked man, very kind, Squinty eyes, gray "khaki" shorts and a light top with a pattern similar color, smiles big white teeth. He makes her smile. He's helping the father maybe? Not sure he understands what is really going on. Maybe just someone they met or the dad used to get something he needed?
Trying to sleep swaying.
Moving away from the starting point- the dock/beach. Looks like Durban is close to the sea so that's possible.
Movement doesn't feel hurried/fast but very planned and deliberate.
Dad feels what I would call cocky- he's entitled, if he thinks it is right NO ONE has a right to question him, his way or no way. Sadly I don't think he really wants his daughter- he wants to have his way/prove a point.

Isabella has been found safe and her father is in jail. I can't really find much on this but C-IA, it looks like you were correct that there were 2 men. I what little I did see was that the "men" were arrested at the border.

I love it when we can move these cases from missing to "found safe"!
